My friends Lisa and Niccolò asked me to shoot pictures of their wedding, that took place on a Wednesday morning in one of the city’s administrative buildings. It was close to work, so I took an early lunch break and cycled there. On the way to the ceremony, I got lost in the building’s many hallways and arrived three minutes after the start of the ceremony – which was then already over. We took some pictures outside and twenty minutes later, I was back at the office, shaking the rice out of my shoes after locking my bike. It was the antithesis to the many other weddings I had shot: incredibly brief, incredibly small and I am really happy with how the photos turned out considering the few minutes I was there.
